Our client wanted a controller for their fully automatic Rotary Evaporator machine. We designed it for them with Touchscreen LCD, Stepper motor driver, BLDC motor driver, two Temperature control loops, Vacuum control loop and a Rotary Encoder interface all integrated into a single device. We provided a compact and integrated device as part of our process .

We designed a controller for a Pathology Lab instrument manufacturer for their smart Electrolyte Analyzer. Our controller integrates Touchscreen LCD, Liquid Pump driver, Analog Input interface with Ion Selective Electrode, two RS232 ports for Thermal Printer and RFID Reader, Pinch Valve FET switches, USB, Ethernet  and Wi-Fi Connectivity.

We developed an IoT Gateway for outdoor Construction Time Lapse Camera with USB interface to DSLR powered by a Li+ Ion Battery and charged by a Solar Panel. We integrated a 4G LTE modem in this product for Cellular connectivity and USB Hard drive for local storage of captured Images.

Biosafety Cabinet is an enclosed, ventilated laboratory workspace for safely working with materials contaminated with pathogens requiring a defined biosafety level. Gusto Controls developed a Touchscreen HMI Controller for Class 2 Biosafety Cabinets complete with accurate Air Flow Control, HEPA Filter Health Monitoring and Data Logging.

A Lyophilizer / Freeze Dryer executes a water removal process by freezing the material, then reducing the pressure and adding heat to allow the frozen water in the material to sublimate. We developed a Touchscreen HMI Controller for our customer's Lyophilizer machine with simultaneous Cooling, Vacuum and Heating Control Loops for optimum sublimation of water content from the load along with Data Logging functionality.

Plasma Snap Freezers are used for batch wise snap freezing of plasma bags in continuous cycle without defrosting. We developed a Touchscreen HMI Controller for Plasma Snap Freezer with accurate Cooling Control Loop, Digital Timer, Online and Historical Graph, PDF Report generation and Web Browser based monitoring over LAN.
